Linda Donaldson

Linda Donaldson PR Director
Linda founded Geometry PR in 2001 and today it is an award winning agency recognised as one of the top creative agencies in the South West.  Having specialised in media relations for 14 years her experience running successful National PR campaigns is extensive.  She has an enviable network of press contacts across national, regional and specialist sectors.  Linda is a busy mum of three children and enjoys keeping fit.  In particular, she has a passion for cycling about which she writes a regular blog.   A proud Scot and rugby fan, Linda can usually be found on international match days in her local pub being vocal in her support of Scotland.

David Mclean

David Mclean PR Consultant
An ex-trade magazine journalist, Dave has been working with Geometry PR since 2005 as PR Account Manager, ideas man, and technical writer. With a wide understanding of technologies, industries and routes-to-market, and an ability to build strong relationships with clients, Dave derives genuine pleasure out of helping clients to develop strong and credible profiles in their markets, whether they be established players, or new start-up businesses. Dave is a passionate musician and songwriter and croons a fine tune.

Emma Sparks

Emma Sparks Team & Event Manager
Emma joined Geometry in April 2011.  She is an integral member of the team, offering full administrative support to the account managers.  She has built up an extensive network of contacts within local and trade journalists. Passionate about social media, Emma is also highly experienced in event organisation, supporting the smooth running of the 2011 Bath Coffee Festival and event managing the 2013 & 2014 British Pie Awards.  Emma is an avid Bath Rugby supporter, cat lover and devoted godmother of twins.

Lynne Fernquest Consultant
A journalist with over 30 years’ experience, Lynne trained as a reporter with the Newcastle Journal and Chronicle and progressed through the media industry as a sub editor, chief sub editor, head of production, deputy editor and finally editor at the Bath Chronicle where she led the company through a series of dramatic design changes, the production of a business magazine, and an award-winning lifestyle magazine. Lynne is also an online communication and social media specialist, and is perfectly placed to advise businesses on their communications strategies. An experienced public speaker, Lynne chairs the Developing and Innovating Committee on the board of the Bath Business Improvement District (BID) and has recently been appointed to the board of Bath Rugby Foundation.

Emma Sparks

Sian David Visual Journalist & Graphic Designer
Sian has worked in journalism for 12 years, with 10 as a designer. She has worked on a range of newspapers and magazines across South Wales and the West Country, including a redesign of the Bath Chronicle in 2014 and the creation of its lifestyle magazine W in the same year. Highly Commended by the Society of Editors in the Designer of the Year category at the Regional Press Awards in 2014 and 2015, Sian was also named Designer of the Year 2015 at the South West Media Awards. She specialises in CV and document design and is borderline-obsessed with typography. In her spare time she enjoys roller-skating, learning about dinosaurs, reading and watching films. She is also a huge Bruce Springsteen fan.

Claire Palmer Claire Anne Bookkeeping Services
Claire has worked freelance with Geometry PR since 2009 with over 18 years’ experience. Claire manages the finance and payroll function, working closely with Linda and keeping a tight rein on the business. As well as running a successful bookkeeping business Claire enjoys family time with her husband, son and three dogs.
